Sustainably reliable: Trust is the raw material of success
At the Reichmuth & Co Lecture No. 17, Dr. Patrick Frost, CEO of Swiss Life, spoke about the fascinating world of trust and its crucial role for sustainable success. He shed light on the importance of trust on the part of customers, shareholders and employees in the insurance industry.
Patrick Frost studied at the ETH in Zurich and at the Universities of Cologne, Basel and Zurich. He holds degrees in natural sciences (dipl. Natw. ETH), economics (Dr. rer. pol.) and law (lic. iur.). Patrick Frost started his professional career in the mid-nineties as an analyst and later as a portfolio manager in the asset management department of Winterthur Group.
After two years in the US as a corporate bond manager, he was appointed Head of Fixed Income at Winterthur Group in 2001. In 2006, Patrick Frost became a member of the Corporate Executive Board and Group Chief Investment Officer of Swiss Life, where he was responsible for the Swiss Life Group’s investment management. He has been Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) of the Swiss Life Group since 1 July 2014.
